Texas is clearly in shambles on the mound! Davis has not looked good at all. Missed the ASU game cause it was at Farrington. But they have a ways to go.
ASU is hurting a la UW with the departures of Escobedo and Popescue. Their 2 returning pitchers, Cooper and Makis, only pitched 17.1 innings combined last year. Makis didn't pitch over the weekend and Cooper only threw 8.1 innings out 49. The 2 freshmen, Macha and Ryndak, split the other 40.2 innings. There are another 3 pitchers on their roster that didn't pitch and one of them, Kessler, transferred in after 2 solid years at Kansas.
