Are Axe Bats just hype?

Never swung one but I have one issue with them: you'll always be hitting the same spot on the barrel. Seems to me either they'll suck to keep longevity up, or they'll break faster than anything else because... you're always hitting the same spot on the barrel. Pick one.

Maybe they should incorporate the Torq's rotating handle.... hold on a sec, how would that work?
