I was thinking it would be alright for parents & Coaches who are just starting out..... I think after an early acceptance of what aspect of the game your artillery of gifts are in, Skills training overrides the emotion's

Our last 3 tournaments I saw a kid on the other team get pulled out of a game mid inning walking off the field in tears. No justification for any except she made a physical error. It was 3 different coaches and 3 different teams but all were just obnoxious coaches who shouldn't be coaching kids. In a game this weekend our hitter hit a rocket at 3B. Ball took bad hop and hit her hand and bounded into LF. All four coaches on her team were screaming at her that she blew a DP ball. I was coaching third and asked her if her hand was OK. Not one of them even cared to check on her. Fortunately she was fine, but I have zero use for coaches like this.
