Improve this kid's sequence and she could be quite good. See the sequence thread at BBD for some ideas to get the point across.

Kind of fuzzy and shaky, but looks like pretty nice stretch.

thanks I will get better at video, this kid is 13 and gets everything into it, I have a couple of still shots in game action, where the back foot left the ground right at contact, I know that is not necessarily a goal but she leaves nothing back, I will work on her sequence more, she is only 13, 2.82 home to first.

Looks great great to me! Foot off the ground at contact is a great indicator!!!
