Off seaon: No scheduled team practices - 1 hour lesson for pitching and hitting each. 2 x 1 hour minimum usually 1.5 to 2 hours pitching and hitting. Add in strength and conditioning 3 x a week for about an hour as well. Usually an hour of overhand throw and fielding in there about 1 tiem a week as well.
Preseason : Spring Track practice 5x a week for 2 hours. An hour pitching and/or hitting when and where it fits in.
the gap between track and softball summer season is like off season. During season we get an hour in here and there on the slow weeks with fewer games.
