Hugh Hillhouse is one of nine members set to be inducted in the Metro Erie Sports Hall of Fame's 2023 class. The legendary pitcher holds dear his memories of playing in Erie.

having played in Erie back in the 90's. There were 3 leagues. Slowpitch with the no gloves, big 16'' clincher ball. Fastpitch - with amazing pitching, and modified Fastpitch- no windmill or crow hop. (think Joan Joyce style pitching).

Very competitive and well attended.
