A parent is a teacher during home lessons, so act like a good one would. A parent can be a coach, just remember good coaches do what's right for the good of the team. And when a parent is just parenting, stay away from the negativities or stay away from the game. No one wants to see their kiddos doing poorly but they will. Nurture the dream, eh. FWIW from a teacher/ coach/ dad of a DD who is now working with me and learning how to give lessons.
