Great comments on over use and such already...but wanted to add...great example of having a weakness (lotsa walks) but making sure that you are so strong in your strengths that the weakness isn't the end of you.
Players/teams that have definite weaknesses must make sure they are brilliant in their strengths to have a chance. Not that you shouldn't work to improve your weakness, but sometimes we focus on that so much, we forget to do what we do best and continue reaching new heights in that area.
I think every player and every team has a weakness, but if you excel in another area, you can usually work around it and still perform very well.
