12 year old pitcher looking for things to improve on

looks really nice to me. good form 9 oclock position is nice, good brush nice posture. I have one word of advice. I hate those pants. get real softball pants.

Aside from some drive issues that she/you can tweak with by combing through the Drive Mechanics thread--I'd focus on spots and spins. Good stuff!

And you want advice from whom? Your DD looks great. Maybe her lower body could be improved a little, but if JJ says she looks good, then she is.

Spend your time working on changeups and breaking pitches, and she'lll be fielding offers in another year or two.

Did she got to a pitching coach? If so, who?

Yes. She went to a pitching coach that successfully trained the same whip out of my oldest daughter. Fortunately, I found "I/R in the classroom". I am hoping to post my 15 year old with her whip back. My 9 year old is like my 12 year old, she has a great natural whip.

We will start hitting the drive mechanics hard now, as well as, front side resistance.
