What model Rawlings? Rawlings gloves are notorious for being a 1/4" shorter than their listed size! My DD pitches, plays SS/3B and uses a 12" Vinci baseball glove that measures exactly 12".

Depends on the model. A 11.75" fast pitch model will have a smaller space for a smaller female hand and a bigger pocket for the bigger ball, while a 11.75" baseball model will have a bigger hand space and smaller pocket. You can't just lump all 11.75" gloves together.
I agree with ANNASDAD about Rawlings sizing. DD uses a Rawlings 12" RCS at 3B that plays like a 11.75". As you can see, there is plenty room in the pocket for a softball, and it fits her small hand like well, a glove. By the way, mine's also 5'2", but she's 16.
