My DD is swinging an 04 RT.. tonite a little league ump told us its not legal because it has the 2000 stamp, not the 2004. is that right??? what about other organizations besides LL??

Unless there was a change recently, that bat is legal in all organizations.
ASA rules say 2000 or 2004 cert mark and not be on banned list. I dont see it on the banned list so it is legal in ASA.
But, if it is the black rocketech, I dont think they can be used any longer in college. I know there was a big argument at a jc game last week where a girl came to bat with a black rocketech and then after getting a base hit they claimed it was actually a rocketech.
