Interference or obstruction

There is another video floating around that shows a ball hit toward the shortstop with a runner on second. In that video, you can see the shortstop notice where the runner is and purposefully alter her path to the ball to cause a collision with the runner. In that video, I would say that an obstruction call is justified. The shortstop at that point is not attempting to field the batted ball, so she is liable to be called for obstruction.
