I'm wondering about the changeup pitch. If you release all this what happens if you get a changeup?

That's the beauty of this! Keep resisting until launch......No muscling required. The swing is instant, it's a snap......

It's comical that people see this clip as releasing into both legs. He pulls back against the rear leg as soon as there is forward motion. The continual pullback as he lands during 750 allows him to snap the hands when he needs to.

Im seeing the rear leg going forward the whole time. Do we see different things?

As it’s going forward the upper is resisting, creating a rag-wring effect in the rear hip socket. Rear leg fighting to turn clockwise, hips/back resisting/turning counterclockwise (description for a lefty)....

I guess what Im asking is if the rear leg is going forward then doesnt the front leg have to be doing something?
