Do this.............. take some masking tape, tell the dd to look in the mirror. Put the masking tape on her reflection at her nose. weight shift to the point that her nose is about 6 or so inches in front of her reflection. you can then take a string if you wish and limit her weight shift by tie ing the ankles at the correct distance.
I will bet if her nose has come forward by 6 inches or so you will find that the front of the rear thigh and the rear of the front thigh do not slap or pinch. That is all she needs. After that rotate behind the ball the front knee will lock out of its own violation as the rear hip comes thru.
