Does anybody have any experience with the 44 Pro gloves. I am starting to see these in baseball and did a little looking they offer fastpitch models and are completely custom made to order. I think it was about $180 for their top of the line Kip leather glove. Just looking for any feedback

Ordered mine 2 years ago. Great quality. Broke in well. A handful of my lessons purchased them and love them. Search for promo codes to get the cost even further down. I think it took close to 8 weeks to receive the glove, but they may have gotten more efficient over the past 2 years.

I don't have any experience with 44 Gloves, but my DD has a custom from JB Custom Gloves. Their customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend looking them up and talking to one of their reps.

To the OP, I've never seen one much less ever held one, but have read several reviews and you know how those can be........for the $180 you mentioned, you can't go wrong getting Drakemir or another Vinci rep in your area to order you a custom Vinci. First off you're getting a solid glove at a great price, second off you're getting Vinci's killer customer service who will definitely stand behind their product. Through a rep I can't see a custom Vinci exceeding that price point by no more than $10 or $20.

I contacted the Vinci rep on here and after I sent him photos of my dd glove, I had to contact him again for a glove recommendation, which was an open ended recommendation. He told me he would send me photos of his daughters glove to show how they tightened the wrist opening. After almost a month and I have not received any photos or further contact, I don't believe he wants to sell any gloves in an area that doesn't have any sells reps in that area. I not going to beg someone to take my money. Is this the customer service you are talking about?

Drakemir.......you reading this? Sorry, I can't say I blame you for being frustrated! But the customer service I was referring to was from Wayne and Pete himself at Vinci for warranting my DD's custom that was WAY out of warranty!!

Hey JT - I apologize, it was me who didn't get back to you - unfortunately the forums limit me to 100 messages (both sent and received ) and I seem to burn through that rather quickly and I think I missed you in the mix - I try to pride my self on quick replies, but just got a bit swamped- again I apologize. I don't work in any specific areas, in fact I only support these boards and my local travel teams. Let me dig up your messages and send you a reply tomorrow -

Dave

Update
Think I will pass on the 44, don't want to get stuck with a custom glove that doesn't fit right. Getting order ready for ballglovewarehouse.com to try out what they have in her size, can use for 90 days and still return if it doesn't feel right. Thanks for the help from everyone, well almost everyone! !

I have waited a week for drakemir to contact me but he must have better things to do, business must be good to blow people off the way he did.
