Gotta love when they don't even know their own products if this is the case...haha. But I lean more towards that they aren't going to argue with a customer, easier to replace it then explain webbing when a customer already has it embedded in his mind that the bat is broke. Much easier to say, yes sir we agree, here is your warranty bat.

I don't have anything "embedded" in my head. It was suggested to me I talk with them, and I showed them pics and asked their thoughts... didn't inject opinion just asked. I already received a warranty bat too, so I figured it would go nowhere.
