Just Practice!!!

I know it didn't score any runs or win a game but my DD hit 2 over the fence in practice.She is a Slapper that is trying to become a triple threat.This may be the confidence she needed to take her to another level.If she can develop hitting away you better WATCH OUT!!!

My DD is the same...a slapper working more on her power. At 10U and 12U she hit a couple HRs, but has struggled a bit at 14U. Then at practice last week (with our pitchers pitching - not coach pitching) she hit the fence 2x (not over but close)! Exciting for sure. Good luck to your DD!

Congrats to her. My DD rarely slaps anymore now that she found power. She can hit them over during practice but best she's done in a game is bounce them over.
The best part is that most teams expect a slap or a bunt because of her lack of size and move the outfield in and she sends it past them.
