Conditioning!?
Okay so I've tried the crosscut crap for a while on one of my lesson girls who comes in for conditioning. It sucks. She still has low stamina. She goes maybe 4 innings of hard work and she tired as hell! I'd like some conditioning ideas? From anyone really? Also what areas I should work on most...- danileevasquez

Butt down, Glove out!
Okay im having an issue with one of my lesson girls! She comes in for fielding! And has a serious issue of standing up, or picking her glove up when the ball is hit to her!
