Critique DD’s swing
The difference is the angle of the barrel relative to the forearms. The actual break down is at the wrists angles. Look closely and you will see a collapse of the bottom hand wrist(mostly). It really has nothing to do with the elbows other than trying to put people's focus in the wrong place...- tjintx

JRyan, I like your distinction of Glute useage VS Quad useage within the athletic movement. For me the way the body is loaded creates an advantage or fluent platform in order for the Core to engage and control/direct then change direction. It is all part of a bigger picture.
