    Thanks to all. Thought I was correct but never hurts to verify. I will address it with DGD at a later date, when she forgets it was her coaches who told her this rule, so as to not undermine the coaches. Probably wont try to tell the coaches they are wrong, no tilling windmills for me.

    My DD uses the Gold's Gym brand bands, got the three pack of ultra-light, light and medium. IIRC got them at K-Mart.

    Look at the IR in the classroom and then the Drive Mechanics threads. Also look at the model pitchers, it is lots of video of top pitchers. If DD (darling Daughter) is serious then consider hiring a pitching coach. Good luck and enjoy the ride.
