    8U here in Arkansas they use either a USSSA or the ASA approved 11" softball, it's the same as the big ball just smaller to fit there hand.     I agree turf Ringors is the way to go with the pitching toe. I would stay away from 3n2 if you shop around DD has a pair wore them maybe twice and hates the fit.

    I would rather take the strike out than swing at bad pitches but when you learn the umpires you will know what they like and can tell the batters what adjustments to make.     The Vinci has a velcro strap and should fit her hand just fine. The fastpitch models are designed just for young women and fit very well. My DD is less than 5 foot tall and has no problem with the glove. I have a contact phone number for Casey Howell I can give you if you PM me.

    Yes we have one of those and it's a nice mitt Model number SJFPC. My younger DD uses it she plays rec ball not interested in travel like the other.
