How much is too much
Well this weekend we played in a tour. We played 6 games my DD pitched 5 of them.. They only went a average of 4 innings because of time limits.. She pitched 3 on Saturday and never slowed down or showed any sign of getting tiered. Saturday night i asked her if she was sore or tired and she said...- hillbily75

CF5 VS CF5 Insane?
Ok i know that the insane is more inloaded but has anyone hit the insane.. does it have the same pop as the regular cf5. My 10 dd hit a 32in 22oz CF5 yesterday and was almost hitting the fence in practice only hit with it twice... was just wondering if the end loaded insane would give her that...- hillbily75

wrist pain
my oldes daughter has been complaining of some wrist pain mainly when she bends it all the way down or moves it up... any ideas i know not alot of info but thats about all i know cant remember doing anything that agravated it but it has been flairing up for a couple weeks kinda like tendenditise...- hillbily75

Trying out couple of pitching coaches...

new 10 u team
Ok i am starting a new 10u team this fall to start playing in tour. this spring... i have been involved in tour. teams for 7 years now but have never tried to start my own... any pointers and ideas how to get started. besides $$$$$ thanks- hillbily75

worth???????
Ok it started with a worth Lithium hybrid bought it in april 2010. It cracked sent it back got a PST quad as a replacement... keep it put up for fall travel ball started practicing with it in september went to the first tourm. last weekend hit 2 ball with it and the end cap broke.. called...- hillbily75
