    Having fun at practice

    Kind of a weird “brag” - just two kids having fun. Their practice was canceled for “heat”, but they begged me to take them to the field after work. Just one rep out of the many, and I’m not claiming they are great MI’s, but the fun after the play - gotta love that. Thought it was worth a share.

    Walk off to win tournament and truly bust a slump

    DD had been in a killer slump for about 3 weeks. Pressing and pressing. Was pretty awful. Started to turn the corner last week with baby step positives. Finally busted out in a big way, and capped it with this hit to score the tournament winning run in the bottom of the 7th. Cool moment for her.

    Built this 1-person pitchers circle scribe. Less than 7 bucks in materials (10 foot 3/4 in pvc pipe, elbow joint, t-joint, 2 deck screws). Draws a perfect 8 foot circle in less than 20 seconds. Just making the most of a week off from work...
