Have the feeling the TD is expecting on the field to play per normal and to do some fairly minimal stuff on what happens outside the fence.

Unless the FL governor specifically says 'no' on May 18th, I expect it will play. The city and fields have already said yes.

I am sure we will get hints before then, but that would be 14 days after he announced Phase 1 so everyone is expecting it.

My favorite is that they keep announcing 'X will open on May X' which is several days in the future.... and then everyone does it immediately.
