School 1 is D3 while School 2 is NAIA. School 2 has stated that their is some money available but hasn't given a number. Cathcers signaling coaches after each pitch
The pitchers are only allowed to throw fastballs unless they are ahead in the count and then they can throw a movement pitch. If it isn't spot on they have to go back to fastballs. We faced a team this weekend that had put rocks in soda bottles and beat on the fence in the dugout all weekend.
