any tricks to controlling the flip change.
Question about circle change. Does the only the grip change and normal IR mechanics are used? Or as I have read and maybe not understood correctly the circle made by the finger leads through the throwing zone? Thanks for the responses, Sean- hmslouie

To Sparkyguy, In your recent post you indicated a lot of over/under. Does this refer to over and under weighted balls? If so could you explain some more detail. Thanks again for your posting and your sessions outlines. They will help with putting together workouts with my daughter this summer...- hmslouie

What constitutes a A,B or C Level Pitcher at the 14/13U Age Group?
