Conditioning!?
Okay so I've tried the crosscut crap for a while on one of my lesson girls who comes in for conditioning. It sucks. She still has low stamina. She goes maybe 4 innings of hard work and she tired as hell! I'd like some conditioning ideas? From anyone really? Also what areas I should work on most...- danileevasquez

Okay im having an issue with one of my lesson girls! She comes in for fielding! And has a serious issue of standing up, or picking her glove up when the ball is hit to her! I really wanted to start with 12, but the girls that want to play for me are too old! Competitive really, but some fun. I dont want to set my goals too high but i want to maybe, maybe hit nationals next year, because i know right now its too early for that.- danileevasquez
