    I totally understand that there are exceptions and outliers swings out there but my daughter is hitting pop ups and dribblers using a downward path that is not on the same plane as her shoulders or the incoming pitch.

    My daughter has developed a habit of finishing low. The plane of her swing is really bad right now and its causing her to hit pop ups, weak line drives and choppers. I need advice on how to get her on plane. We have tried a lot of things but nothing is working . Thanks for any input.

    Its very valuable to me. My DD has a tendency to swing around and we have been working on swinging out. Its good to show her how much faster the ball exits when she gets extension. Shes a 14U player and stands 5'1" and weighs 115. Its just part of the process , we don't overemphasize it...
