If I remember correctly it wasn’t during the championship series. Why so belligerent? Just having a discussion. Whether you agree with the strategy or not, the scenario I mentioned happens all the time.

You would lose that wager and I gave a specific scenario not just any old time..Now I will say that most of my experience with seeing this is in MLB so perhaps it is less prevalent in fastpitch.

Spent Anna’s entire TB career wanting to choke her for not swinging at first pitch strikes!

It got to were she wouldn’t even look at me after a called first strike!

And another thing, don’t know about you guys but I love the green light on a 3-0 count, maybe the best pitch you’ll see all game, hit the dang ball!

3-0....."NOTHING BUT A DOUBLE" mentality. And that DOESN'T mean swing at anything if it's obviously ball 4 you don't swing. Swing with intention.
