I’m just waiting for Pattar to post his swing, reportedly there was video shot and some deleting of files. 😜
I have a tee swing from a few years back. I had some front toss off of wiffles from a few years back as well but got rid of them in a fit of "I don't want anything to do with hitting, softball, or otherwise"

If I look stiff in that swing it has only gotten worse since then..too many years of lifting heavy weights has caught up to me. I have arthritis/tendonitis in my neck, back and biceps.

Not bad, your pushing with the hips and hands. 🤪

I’ve been there, I’ve thrown stuff away, sold my Jugs gun.

Yesterday’s swings.

I can coil more, I can stay in my posture better, I can stretch better. Basically do a better job of creating a sling shot effect. I can get the hands farther back, which can improve the back arm and top hand from moving straight back.

Shawn,

Soto looks like that but he practices this alot

I think that is a wierd drill but look at what is does with his hands. Maybe try some down to?

To me it looks like you lay it down and then swing it. Bad formula. Easy fix.

I think lowering the back elbow while keeping the hands up, helps create swinging down.

I was just watching Tatis barrel in the gif you provided! Lots of elbow movmement but the barrel barely moves an inch. I think the barrel doesnt move til he moves his hands forward and down.
