Ski resorts in Colorado caused the infections. During the evenings, a lot of people go out to eat or head to hot tubs. So, transmission of covid-19 was rampant.
the virus withstood chlorinated water in a hot tub? Ain't buying that. Neither is the CDC.

"There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the virus in the water."

If your N95 has an exhale valve, it does not filter the air you exhale, thus you could spew your germs all over the hospital. The masks are not to protect you, the masks are meant to contain your germs, so you don't contaminate the hospital. They don't have any covid 19 patients, and they don't want you creating any. :)

Ironic, the guy mocking masks, has his own N95... Maybe you think there is a global pandemic in progress?

So everyone with loose fitting masks isn't spreading their germs out the front and side of their mask? That doesnt make sense at all.

When the nurse took my temp I was 96F. The person after me was 100F. It was a warm day so they said she could come in.

The customers will decide what they want to buy and what they don't want to buy. My guess is that more than a few people will shy away from buffets for whatever reason you want to provide. I'm not saying the reason is valid. Just that sales will suffer because of it. Unfortunately perception is reality for a lot of people out there.
Yep totally agree. There are a lot of fearful people out there.

Well the thing is, you don't shut down the economy for a sickness. You do it to save lives. That's why the only thing we talk about is the fatality rate. You can't go around shutting down the economy every time a flu or bad cold starts spreading.

Not talking about shutting the economy down here. I'm trying to provide some information so people can make good choices. Or at least informed ones. To equivocate COVID-19 to the flu is to make it seem like they are one and the same. They are not. Similar in many ways but not the same.

I also realize it will make no difference to some people. Millions of people in the U.S. smoke despite all the information about what an ugly, painful death lung cancer leads to, as well as all the other health related problems that come up. But people should know just how bad it can get, even for the young and healthy, when they make the decision to potentially expose themselves to it.

Are you saying the piece of cloth over their mouth is not protecting everyone who is working and shopping but we shouldn't tell them that so they 'feel' safe?
No I am all for providing information. That said unless you would like to provide everybody with N95 masks it is either people do what they can, don't wear anything or stay home. You choose.

Says the guy wearing a N95 mask... LOL Maybe if we all had our own N95 masks, we'd be as brave as you.

You dont need a N95 to be safe, just a simple mask woven from the fur of placebo. That is what our medical professionals are wearing.

"Bill Gates is not a scientist"

So we should start prepping for a bioterrorist attack coming in the next five years? Bill says it is so.

Actually, yes we should. Not just because Bill Gates says so but because it would be the prudent thing to do. Because sooner or later, there will be a bioterrorist attack. As long as the capability exists someone will want to use it.

Tom Clancy already laid out the blueprint in his book Executive Orders. With the right agent it wouldn't be that difficult.

It's not the air you exhale, but the tiny droplets of saliva that are dangerous. So, yes, even those loose fitting surgical masks are capturing many of the tiny droplets. Are they 100%? No. A N95 with no valve would be ideal, but there are not enough of those to go around. The N95 with a valve, is meant for your protection, but is not appropriate in a hospital setting.

N95s dont stop the spread, neither do face masks. Giving people a false sense of security is not giving them information. Giving people a false sense of security is lieing to them. Making people wear cloth over their mouth instills fear.

I agree. There are a lot of bad governments who dont like the U.S.A. They will go to great lengths to destroy our economy and hurt us. Not familiar with the story EO. Was it a inside agent? Dont need a inside agent when you have a porus border.
