The info about using the torso. How important the torso is in a good swing.
What do you think of the lead arm use? Specifically the lead elbow and hand path being straight forward and not around. Then the top hand is also straight forward.

I think we are getting into the "feeling" of straight forward in order to eliminate "coming off the ball" or early upper body rotation. During the stride out while coiling the elbow should feel as if it travels straight forward but once the upper body begins to uncoil/ rotate the elbow stays in step with the torso.
The demo is nonsense. He has both the lead-arm and rear-arm incorrect.
Again, feel is involved here. If you did exactly what he says the hitter could not physically place both hands on the bat. Bottom hand better explanation than top hand demo. Completely lacking the upright V.
He has MLB hitters coming to him, most notably JD and his swing is IMO is beautifully simple and powerful. So he is doing something right but....
