Our pitching coach teaches IR and we love her. But she just moved farther away from us. Coming home in rush hour is taking an hour and my kid really hates the car. She's starting to dread going to lessons which she's always loved before. So we're trying to find someone closer to home, maybe. I'm emailing with one instructor, and asked her if she teaches HE. This is her response:

"I do teach the girls to stay behind the pitch and follow through! Hello elbow can be interpreted different ways but yes there is a follow through. There's one instructor locally that has been teaching girls to roll their hand over after the pitch and that's absolutely against what I teach."

I'm not savvy enough to full interpret this. Chip in please, O knowledgeable ones?

That's basically what I was thinking. Then after I posted this she asked who my instructor was, and I told her. She responded, "I do not teach the same style as her!" lol So that is pretty blatant. Here is a screen shot she sent me of her follow through which also helped (got these after I posted too).

Tamborra? I know who she is but not how she teaches pitching. That's about 35 minutes without traffic. Better but not by a lot.
