i find that the deltoid type drill helps the hands, as does hitters box drills. but about the hands, check out hands on this swing.

Puhols hands told his swing where to go.

Mann, when you perform the deltoid drill, isn't the barrel maintained against your deltoid? If so, how does that "help the hands"?

I ask, because when I've seen folks using the deltoid drill it is usually to temporarily take the hands out of the picture and place a concentration on using the lower body. Sounds like your usage is different.

Not only are you far behind on the curve, but your identity disorder has you losing focus. Rather than focusing on your daughter’s swing issues that are driving you nuts, you instead babble away. You are wasting time … time that you could be gathering information to help your daughter. In the mean time you are actively polluting a thread … a thread with a title that could have been used to deposit information that would have helped your daughter. Some people are their own worst enemy.
Yep. Still bored, huh? Keep documenting.

Let’s see if we can help you focus on the topic of hitting, rather than your continued pollution of a message board.

What have you tried with your daughter to fix her ‘bat drag’ issue? What were the results of those attempts? Which attempts gave the most progress? Which attempts caused the greatest frustration?

Look at you trying to deflect, yet again. Narcissism at its finest. Keep on documenting.

I see, your identity disorder has you uninterested in engaging in a discussion on hitting ... even though it is a particular topic on hitting in which you have been frustrated with. No skin off my back.

This here cracks me up.

I OFFER SUGGESTIONS OR HELP in every post.

Which identity were you relating to when you made that comment?

Deflect. Deflect. Deflect. Keep documenting away. By the way, when you go to nit picking single statements, it shows desperation. Please continue though. Still bored by the way?

Deflect?

Umm, let me check ... yes, the title of the thread is "Wrists? Bat drag? Understanding a high end swing". The thread is on a forum titled "Softball Hitting Technical".

It's a topic on an area of the swing that you have been frustrated with when working on trying to make improvements in your daughter's swing.

Yet the notion of sticking to the topic of the thread is something you consider a deflection.

Reading is fundamental. You're deflecting from my post to you, which was clear and direct about your stated problem. I haven't gotten lost in your attempts to deflect because I see right through the narcissism and will continue to allow you the opportunity to document it by deflecting from the direct post I made to you.

Despite your claim here Dado, your posts have been fairly dry on hitting information.

I OFFER SUGGESTIONS OR HELP in every post.

I do find your behavior interesting.

Sad, but interesting. You are the one that acknowledges the need for help. To your credit … you did find an appropriate message board with a thread title that was appropriate for what you needed help with.

Perhaps you found the nugget you were looking for and then decided to torpedo the thread. Hard to tell with those that have ID. That’s what makes your behavior so interesting.

By the way, you are the one that is deflecting. Not uncommon for certain personalities to transpose their issue onto others.
