Aren't all new helmets "shiny and/or reflective" to a certain degree???

How about a rule that states if you look closely at the helmet and you see yourself looking back it is illegal.
In addition to bat compression testing machines, tournaments will now helmet reflectivity testing equipment, too, and Tournament Directors will use this as justification to increase entry fees. Seems like a win-win for all.

So they'll be legal on overcast days, but illegal on sunny days. What about days with partial sun and variable cloudiness?
