So true!! Travel ball started last week and it was such a nice change 
Forgot what it was like for her to be excited before the tournament, during the tournament and after the tournament. I guess that means we are finally on the right team. We definitely sucked at picking teams through the years - I'm tempted to say wish we could do it all over again, but knowing what we knew at the time probably would have ended up the same way. The good news is DD will be (and is) more mature and stronger than I was for some of her experiences through softball - both the good and the bad. Hopefully HS ball next year will be better just playing V and some of the JV drama and hassle of bouncing back and forth.
