So, part of my DD routine is to start with wrist flips. She loves them. I tried to get her to remove them from her routine, but that is her way of easing herself into her warm-up(both physically & mentally).
What would be the benefit to removing them all together?
To me, at the worst they are a waste of time. My belief is that they are part of her mental ramp up. Focus is so very important. If it would help her focus I would let her wear a sombrero to warm up. So, the flips don't bother me, but I could do without them as well.
I would love to hear thoughts from everyone, but especially would love to hear from Board Member, Javasource & other expert's opinion.
