What happened to the "Hanson Principle?" Have you EVER seen an MLB hitter use that move as a pre-swing mechanic? I haven't.

Jim, in what some refer to as a 'bat lag' orientation, the top hand wrist isn't just radially deviated, it is also extended.

You might want to also see what MLB hitters do in pre-swing and understand what they are trying to feel and what they want to do.
Which is; keep the barrel up, and then throw it directly down at the ball.

Many hitters have the wrist extended before bat lag. Such as Pujols. What does that have to do with dropping the barrel down?

ok, ok... so it's not EXACT! I mean she is a female and he is male... She swings a metal bat, he swings wood... He's going at downward plane pitches, her's are more flat, she's isolating one aspect/feel and his clip is part of a fuller sequence/swing ... you get the picture... or you probably don't get the picture... but that has never stopped you before
