The 'pause' can be changed to a 'tap back' that Bonds used. That would help eliminate the pause/stop then start.
I do like her swing.
I'm wondering what do you use to pitch the ball and does that 'create' the pause and wait.

Sorry RDB miss read your question I am pitching. She started doing the pause because she felt late and was more comfortable with it.

A good swing does not contain a pause.

A pause means that the movement underway has been halted .... and requires a restart. Whether you pause for a few seconds or a half-second, it doesn't really matter ... you have still placed a restrictive limit on the hitter by inserting a pause.

Consider the law of the conservation of momentum .... how energy flows from link-to-link .... and in that description include a "pause" .... a moment in time when Velocity essentially equals zero .... the holding of a static position for a second or so, and then re-firing the engines ..... and then somehow explain how momentum was being conserved at the time of the "pause" when MxV went to zero.
