Just arrived home from the Sparkler last night.
16U daughter won first two in bracket play and then lost the next two on Saturday. Almost came back from a 10-1 deficit in the last game, scored 7 runs in the fifth inning.
14U daughter won the silver bracket championship of the Jr.Sparkler. She had a tough tournament on the mound but was able to pitch a 8-2 win in the championship game.
At the PGF special showcase in Illinois this weekend, hoping for no rain but this year has been terrible for rained out tournaments. Storm blew through last nigh, heavy winds and lots of rain.
