Advice for turning a HS program around.

Who would be a good person on this discussion board to evaluate pitching mechanics.Seeings how there so many different ideas out there??Which one is actually the right one.Doug Finch Jennie Finchs dad teaches the hello elbow and earlier in the discussion it seemed as thou someone was saying that's not correct...I would like to find someone that really knows there pitching as I am going into my first yr. as our varsity pitching coach.

Here, on this forum, are some "sticky" pitching threads that are, for sure, cream of the crop in terms of teaching proper pitching mechanics. The fact that you are curious is half the battle (many aren't curious).
