10Y Leaning while pitching

An exorbitant forward lean at release point needs to be fixed by getting to the root cause of the need to lean (holding on to a pitcher's pony tail has minimal affect). The lean is caused as a forced effort is being made to propel the ball forward at the release. The fix is made by the coach teaching a "whipping method" of releasing the ball and the need to bend over is eliminated.

I used to spend a lot of time, fixing the bending at the waist. Now, we address it from Day 1, so that it never shows up.
