Watching Flosoftball streaming Mizzou and Oregon and Paige just got hit by a line drive right back at her. I hope she is ok.

Not good. Was at thw field earlier, but left. Watching these girls this weekend down here makes me nervous for the pitchers. They can hit the ball hard.

Yes. She was struck above her left eye. They made her wear a mask, she did not want to.
I watched Alvelo from UW take a shot to her left bicept/shoulder from Oklahoma State last night. Scary moment and left a nasty bruise. DD will be getting a face mask before pitching HS ball this year. I have to wear gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, high viz vest, boots and a harness at work. She can wear a damned mask!
