THANKZ !!!!!!!!!!!!! For all this Help !!! Wow you will be Practically Perfect when you start doing that !!!! Of course you know I'll be glad to help you. The way I do it is kinda complex, but free. I don't do alot of them, because I want to stop the actions with a player. But after today, I can see that most the best thing I've learned on here are from .gif

After checking out these, I come up with an application for teaching this to DD. I had thought of altering the cleat...GM cautioned about liability... It would require much more work, and I know it has the Potential. But I got this idea while watching my new library. A piece of foam the size of a thin pencil ducked to insert, center of cleat... then go to working on an ribbed insert , that could be switched out real fast...or even switch the batting cleat when up to bat.... we do alot of fast switches with the catching equ. Might only just need it when teaching, and not even have to take it to games ???

PC, IMO it really isn't so much of a teachable move. I think it becomes part of the swing, when you have really turned the corner. My dd has worked on her swing for over 4 years and at the beginning of this journey, the foot didn't come off the ground, up on her toes somewhat, now her foot comes off the ground and forward on to her toes. It just became part of her swing. You can try to teach and I'm sure you will, but I still think it is just a part of the puzzle, that falls into place because of other parts of the swing when done right. Then again I could be wrong and I'm sure I will be told how wrong;)
