10U. Probably 11 years old. At that time, mostly was watching Little League and local travel teams. In those circles, it was very rare to see it, but I did see it a couple times. It was something.

There's a 10U girl out here (2011) who I saw easily clear a regulation fence in a tournament we were in. Her team won the tournament, and she went light-tower power to dead left. Her bat is electric.

When I coached a 10u team. There was a girl on that team that hit 8 over the fence homeruns as a 10u player. A few of those balls cleared a 200' fence by 30' feet. She was certainly on the bigger side for a 10u player. If I had to guess she weighed at least 140 pounds at 10u.

10u 2nd year is the earliest I’ve seen it. There is a 2014 (either 7 or 8) in the area that is currently 1-hoping a 200’ fence in coach pitch. She is a monster and her swing is one of the best I’ve seen at the age. She is just starting in 10u. My money is on her for being the youngest that I will see in my area. It’s both fun and nerve racking when playing her and her team.

My DD is first year 8u and this is my first foray into softball so I have never seen anyone hit one over except on TV.
