Worth warranty replacement

Anyone had any experience with getting a warranty replacement recently? DD's Legit Ricketts-12.5 fractured at the handle last weekend. Sent it in and all I could get on the phone was that it would be replaced with a Rawlings. I am concerned they are going to send an Aspire (total junk). Just curious if anyone had any experience. Thanks.

Rawlings handles all fp right now...which is why you will get a rawlings. They will send you the same
quality bat back. I don't know what the retail of that bat was, but you will get same type priced bat back.

You can always call them and ask what they are replacing with

Thanks. I did call and got an ambiguous answer. "It depends" , "comparable", etc. Wish I would have found this site earlier before they screwed you out of business.

What they mean is, if your bat retailed at 299, you would get another 299 retail bat back. Since they don't make that
same bat, its impossible to give you the same bat.

Now the tough part is, I would guess they should send you a Velo, but you had a drop 12.5.
