Quick shout out to their Customer Service Dept. I sent back a discontinued bat that DD broke the knob off, and they offered me a bat I didn't think was of comparable value. They then offered me a "one-time" exchange for a Sick -10 and I thanked them profusely. Should look good next to the Techzilla I just bought her for $125 on Evilbay.
