I've read the softball rule book, but can't find a definitive answer. Here is my question.....
Starting pitcher pitches 3 complete innings. After 3rd inning, coach takes out starting pitcher to give relief pitcher some work. When starter is taken out her team is ahead 9 to 1. Relief pitcher throws three more innings and game is over after 6 innings score is 11 to 1. Which pitcher should get credit for the win? Thanks for your help.

Also, no save for the reliever.

Relief pitcher would get a save, IMO.

NCAA rules (essentially the same as MLB rules):

14.29.8 Save.
A pitcher must meet all three of the following conditions to be credited with a save:
14.29.8.1 She is the last pitcher in the win.
14.29.8.2 She is not the winning pitcher.
14.29.8.3 She meets one of the following
conditions:
14.29.8.3.1 She enters the game with a lead of
not more than three runs and pitches for at
least one inning.
14.29.8.3.2 She pitches effectively for at least
three innings.

14.29.8.3.3 She enters the game with the potential tying run on base, at bat or on deck.
