My DD is currently 10, but started playing TB when she was 7. She's yet to be on the same team for more than a season. Varying reasons from teams breaking up, to horrible experiences, to simply not wanting to continue driving long distances. She's to the point now that we get calls after every season is over asking her to join team XYZ. I think we've finally found a home though. I couldn't be more happy so far. The coach is dedicated to his players. He TEACHES every practice. I've never seen a coach that gives so much instruction. He's building a strong foundation. I think this coach is going to be able to take a group of good (not GREAT) kids and make a serious ball team out of them. I can't wait to start playing games and see this team take form.
