What pitches to call?

Does anyone have a (preferably free) resource as to what are the best pitches to call in certain situations or counts? Something like a chart I can study or reference. I will be a first time manager and I am sadly deficient in my knowledge of pitching. This is a town based 14u travel team.

Tough one without knowing the pitcher, how she's doing that day, what her tools and strengths are, what pitches she trusts, your catcher, the other team, the different situations that come up in a game... However, heres something from John Gay that may help:

Do yourself a favor an let the C call the game. It can be hard a first but I think you will be surprised how well it works out.
